Bio: After joining Team OutKast in 1999 Ragin' Rachel is currently the only female member of the team. Screaming around buoys in her sleek Polaris Pro 785 she often saw first place when crossing the checked flag. Rumor has it she is currently spending a lot of her time touring Europe for months at a time. So you may see her pop up on a European Tour anytime...now we will just have to wait and see!!
